Led by Melbourne mum and brand founder Nicole Verrocchi, Bambi Mini Co. is set to launch two new designs in their now iconic socks, ‘Superbolt’ and ‘Hope’. ‘Superbolt’ and ‘Hope’ come in two sizes: junior for children aged 2-4 years; and youth for those aged 5-8 years.

Nicole and her family have a personal relationship with the hospital as they spent countless hours there while their young son Raffi was being treated for Leukaemia.
In what was an extremely challenging time for the entire Verrocchi family, “the team at the Royal Children’s went above and beyond when we needed them most,” says Nicole. “The Good Friday Appeal gives us a chance to give back to those at the RCH that gave us so much care and support throughout every step of Raffi’s journey and raise much needed funds for the families and sick kids who are still battling.” “We want those families to know we understand what they’re going through, and we are here to help. The Bambi Mini Co family will throw their arms around you and are committed to providing support wherever we can.”

This year’s sock designs were selected by Raffi himself. Raffi picked ‘Superbolt’ – the brave superhero, while his little sister Flossy chose ‘Hope’ – the resilient rainbow. Raffi and Flossy join four current RCH patients, Henry, Ollie, Louie and Alexia in a recent photoshoot to show off their selections in this year’s Bambi Mini Co. fundraising campaign.

Additional donations can also be made at Chemist Warehouse tills across Victorian stores and all proceeds will be donated directly to the RCH’s Good Friday Appeal. Every dollar raised is another step towards a healthy and happy life for children at the Royal Children’s Hospital.
