Returns and Exchange Policy

We only accept returns or exchanges if the products were purchased directly from the Bambi Mini Co website.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Any item can be exchanged for another product or credit note if it is returned within 14 days of purchase and was purchased at full price. It must also be in the original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs to return the item to Bambi Mini Co. are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for a 'change of mind'.

There is no exchange on Sale items
If the item is deemed 'not fit for purpose', or is damaged in someway, a refund can be issued. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund for a 'change of mind'.

Faulty Items
If your item is found faulty, we are more than happy to replace it. We require a photo of the faulty item for internal production purposes, and the fault must be shown as clearly as possible.

We will notify you once your item has been received. We recommend using a tracked service when returning goods.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Shipping costs to return the item to Bambi Mini Co. are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
